My classes are designed to create a strong body, an open heart and a quiet mind through movement, music and breath.
My Power classes are challenging, combining the strength of ashtanga and pranayam with the creativity of vinyasa, that will test students mind, body and soul. Restorative classes allow participants to tap into their own healing power to restore and rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit in a safe environment that encourages self-exploration and openness.
